wonders of the world

This week we learned about a vocabulary with very interesting words that allows us to learn more about certain characteristics of places such as its volcanoes, bay,

lakes, oceans, mountain ranges, its national parks, its capital among others. Since we are talking about this vocabulary, I would like to tell you about when I went to VISIT the Colombian capital called Bogota.

                        my visit to bogota

Knowing the capital of Colombia was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life, knowing another city that, although part of the same country, has customs and ways of living different from those on the coast, was fascinating, I got to know many beautiful places in the Colombian capital, Note that there are many parks where you can enjoy an afternoon picnic or your pets, which by the way are very loved there and treated like babies.

I got to know places like Simon Bolivar Park, and Tunal Park, each of which has a very beautiful lake in the middle of them, there are many food vendors and small boats that rent them to go around the lake.

I also knew the place where Galan was murdered, the Plaza de Soacha, where there is a huge statue with his face.

As well as this, I also got to know many other places like the Plaza de Bolivar where a lot of people go on weekends and a traditional activity is to buy corn from the vendors there and feed the pigeons that stop there.

I also ate many delicious but strange things and not seen here on the coast, did you know that in Bogota there is a fruit ice cream which also has cheese? It sounds strange but it tastes very good, I tried the so-called changua but I admit that I didn't like it, and as far as fast food I feel that they beat us in hamburgers, but never in salchipapas JAJAJAAJAJAJA.
